On this project, we successfully installed multiple sinks and water closets below slab. Our scope included a complete rough-in — from below-slab drainage to above-ground drainage and water lines — as well as the installation of a hot water tank.

We handled rough-in and finishing work, taking care of everything below the slab and above ground. We set up some sinks, a commercial dishwasher, natural gas cook lines, and hooked up the makeup air units.

  For this project, we roughed in for compact water closets and ultra-low-profile sinks designed specifically for children. The work required nightshift drainage installation and pinpoint precision to ensure every rough-in was perfectly aligned for the final fixtures

For this office space project, we executed a complete floor buildout featuring two hot water tanks and two kitchens. Our team also installed eight fan coil units to deliver both heating and cooling throughout the suite, ensuring comfort and efficiency across the entire.

this unique project, we installed 13 backflows and below-slab drainage for several sinks, various kitchen equipment including espresso machines, carbonation devices, interior hose bib, a commercial dishwasher, prep sinks, and a dual compartment sink.

This commercial kitchen was a large-scale project that required extensive plumbing work. We completed the full underground and above-ground rough-in, including the installation of a 100-gallon grease interceptor as part of the groundwork. A twin Navien system and 12 backflow preventers were installed to service all kitchen equipment.

To support high-volume dishwashing, we added a 115K sink with a turbo wash system. The project also included three new washrooms with complete rough-ins, new fixtures, and full compliance with accessibility code requirements. Kitchen equipment installations featured a three-compartment sink, breading sink, multiple hand sinks, a carbonator for soda machines, a re-thermalizer, and a 1.5 million BTU cook line supporting four pressure cookers and four deep fryers.

Earlier this year, we completed another office space that included two sanitation sinks, a mop sink, and a kitchen sink. We also installed a 50-gallon hot water tank with a Grundfos recirculation pump and a dedicated recirculation line to ensure hot water was delivered almost instantaneously throughout the space.

For this café project in Richmond, we delivered a full mechanical scope with a strong focus on precision and reliability. Our team installed approximately 20 backflow preventers for all kitchen equipment along with two 2" premise isolation backflows.    

A 6" conduit was set for beer and soda lines, and two fan coils were relocated and installed. Drainage included over 10 funnel floor drains, 5 floor sinks, and a 100-gallon grease interceptor.

The washroom package featured three high-end bathrooms equipped with recessed Sloan flush valves, Duravit sinks, and wall-mounted water closets.

For domestic hot water, we installed an 80-gallon hot water tank with a complete recirculation system enhanced by heat trace to maintain consistent hot water delivery.

Kitchen equipment installations included ice machines, two commercial dishwashers/glass washers, an ice bin, hose reels, hose bibs with thermostatic mixing valves, coffee and espresso machines, and carbonated water supplied to Vivreau faucets. We also installed a mop sink with automatic trap primers to ensure drainage seals remained intact.
